I WOULD NEVER BUY AN HP PRINTER FROM GRIMCO AGAIN! Be prepared to go on a round and round circle of useless information from GRIMCO and HP to get issues resolved.
Great group of folks always there when you need them. Nolan especially make things happen and always provides us with superior customer service. A++
I just wanted to point out how helpful the staff at this Raleigh location are. All I needed was some cardboard to make an odd size box for shipping and even with all the craziness going on they took the extra time to come up with a solution for me. Nolan and the team out there are problem solvers and always seem to go the extra mile to help out.
This group of folks really are all in. They go out of their way every time to try and meet our deadlines and price points. Steve, Nolan, Crystal and Logan are always helpful. We couldn’t do it without you.
Friendly people and great service. I have no doubt that I will be greeted with a smile when ever I go to pick up supplies!
