I just called up as a potential customer trying to get hardware for a sign repair I have. Because GRIMCO are wholesalers they can’t sell me product on the retail side. I believe the person I talked to was Alex who informed me of this. He has been with the company for just 2 weeks. What I love about my experience is that I can hear Alex had someone next to him training him with these incoming calls. Great place for Signs and all of your Printing Hardware needs.
Constant late deliveries and pray that they bring the right materials that were ordered. The service level has dropped dramatically in the last 60 days. We have rec'd wrong or damaged materials several times thus causing us to be late on many jobs
