Shady accounting and canceling of orders. Then won’t get back to client and blocks the number so now can’t even talk them. Lots of places you can get your order from, don’t order from here
Horrible customer service!
Erica in accounting added a debt to my account knowingly, that wasn't mine, and canceled an order in which she thought another company was getting. Now $800 is tied up and I don't have my vinyl.
I just called up as a potential customer trying to get hardware for a sign repair I have. Because GRIMCO are wholesalers they can’t sell me product on the retail side. I believe the person I talked to was Alex who informed me of this. He has been with the company for just 2 weeks. What I love about my experience is that I can hear Alex had someone next to him training him with these incoming calls.
