Great service from all of the Grillo team helping us choose the layout of our Kitchen and not being pushy at all a fantastic experience. The installers were unbelievable, very customer focused and even helped me make a much needed tweak to our decking to help the bar unit sit perfectly. Tidied up after them selves and made sure I was happy with everything. Definitely a 5* company.
We've not a large garden but love bbqs, Got in touch with Grillo and they were absolutely fantastic, plenty of time for you (Beth, Grillo designer) who designed ours for the size of garden we had. It's worked out perfect and we're so pleased, We had it installed by the team Jon and Josh,absolutely brilliant again, Jons a real perfectionist and does everything to detail. Amazing again. From the start, the Grillo team have been exceptional (a special mention to Layla who went above and beyond), from choosing what to have and designing the perfect outdoor kitchen for us to delivery dates and installation (the guys were so friendly and tidy), the whole process has been seamless! Could not recommend them enough. We love our new kitchen and it's above and beyond our expectations. Thank you.
Very happy with the installation and very happy with the product. The installation technician was very passionate and caring installing my new Grillo BBQ, what else could you ask for.
So pleased with our new Grillo kitchen. Loved the online configurator which meant you could mix and match modules and see them in 3D before purchasing. Had it ordered and installed within a week and it’s all such great quality! Can’t wait to get BBQ’ing!!
