Went to the store to view fireplaces. The store was open but no attendant came from the back to assist me. They lost a sale.
We just purchased an electric fireplace insert and are very pleased. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and responsive to our requests.A great company!
I ordered and paid for a replacement for the grillwork and hood on my gas fireplace in February 2023. HomeFlame immediately replaced the grillwork but, after many delays found that it was unable to get the correct size and color hood because the gas fireplace manufacturer stopped making the part. Now I had a new grillwork and a non-matching hood.
