The absolute best accounting firm! Reliable, knowledgeable and responsive! Everyone here, from Dona the receptionist to Norm/John.... Are incredible. We have never had an unpleasant conversation or met anyone who isn't customer service focused.
This is the 2nd year Norm has done my taxes and the last. He is a nice man and I’m sure very capable but he’s more for people who have extra money to spend when mistakes are made. He is a “boutique” accounting firm which is exactly right. Clients he’s had for years that he can loosely communicate with and prepare taxes based on conversations.
