The return appeared correct, but when an IRS issue arose I was left to deal with them myself. After over 7 months of trying to resolve it, the responses I received when asking for guidance were snarky and fragmented. For the price they charge, I expected far better support and service. Overall, they are overpriced for the level of service they provide. I’m relieved to have found a new firm to handle this year’s taxes.

The absolute best accounting firm! Reliable, knowledgeable and responsive! Everyone here, from Dona the receptionist to Norm/John.... Are incredible. We have never had an unpleasant conversation or met anyone who isn't customer service focused.
This is the 2nd year Norm has done my taxes and the last. He is a nice man and I’m sure very capable but he’s more for people who have extra money to spend when mistakes are made. He is a “boutique” accounting firm which is exactly right. Clients he’s had for years that he can loosely communicate with and prepare taxes based on conversations. They prepared my estimated quarterly taxes based on a number “they were under the impression” was correct, never followed up with me, never asked any questions and now I owe $35k that I... read more
