Constant mistakes. Vacation Time, Holiday, Personal time is often wrong. W2's are late 2 years in a row. Some of the mistakes that are made shouldn't even be possible with the right accounting software and practices. For example, if there is a pool that shows how much personal time is available on your stub and you use some of that time it should deduct it from that pool.. instead they need that pointed out and you have to go figure out how much personal time you submitted in the past so it can be made right.
