Booked and confirmed hours in advance for 255pm to go and collect son at end of school . At 340pm. they called to ask if I still needed cab. First and last time I attempt to use them
Griffith Taxis provide a fabulous service. We called them a few times during our visit to Griffith over the last 4 days and they were prompt and reliable. Booking was very easy as well; no apps required and we received a text message with the booking details and tracking for our ride. Can highly recommend. "Mary"
Can't believe a taxi service could be so useless! We ordered a maxi taxi only to have someone else take it then we had to order another taxi with another name because the operator had a dummy spit! Then two taxis turned up. The driver couldn't speak any English and had no idea where the local club is.
