Receiving poor service they take more then 1 hour to receive at flour silos behind building. Waste of time going here
I get the impression that they really just love to stress out drivers. This isn’t my first time dealing with them; there are always some issues. The woman at the reception is extremely rude, glaring at you, practically shouting. Plus, I’ve been standing here for two hours now, and there are no other trucks; I have ten pallets inside, and they haven’t even started unloading me.
Rude... Plus 5 hr wait for a dock assignment and 2 hours to unload 17 pallets... I was 3rd in line at 730 am... And of course, no apology
The woman at receiving was not the most nice person when I walked in and say “Hi good morning “ she didn’t answer, I say for a second time “good morning” because I thought she may have not listen to me, Still no answer. Suddenly she laugh like if she was making fun of me, I don’t know about it, but not a place I recommended to do business with and the bosses should take care of this since the other reviews are very low rating. Although the fork lift guys are a different story, but sorry for the one bad apple.
