I made an appointment, turned up early and waited, my appointment time came and went. I informed the staff I had other commitments and could not wait indefinitely. I was told that i was definitely next but no specified time as to when that was. Not good enough. I was on time for my appointment they were not. And for THEIR inability to keep their appointment I was charged $20 for cancelling. I reiterate I did not cancel, I was on time for my appoinment, they could not honour said appointment.
