Rented a unit from them for years. My belongings are gotten wet multiple times as the roof leaked. I had to take wood in and make palettes to keep things off the floor. My biggest issue is with them knowing that I was moving out, however, deciding to throw away some of my possessions 4 days before the end of the month. I called and asked about them, they said that they would look and get back to me but never contacted me again. Use Universal Storage, it costs very little more and is far superior.

Bobby has taken care of our automotive needs for over 10 years. His company offers impeccable service at a great value. And to top it off Bobby is a wonderful Christian man whom I have the utmost respect.

Wonderful lady on the phone. Even though no units matching my needs were available I would call back. Pleasant. Made me feel like my business mattered.

Storage units are expectedly old and dirty due to the cheap price. No excuse for the RUDE customer service. Regardless if you're looking for high quality (steer clear) or low price, you can surely do better. Only use if you like to pay people to damage your personal belongings, talk down to you and expect you to smile and pay them for it.
