I love my new bed from Griffins! They were so nice and helpful. They took care of everything. I'm so pleased.
Top grain leather, fast delivery and had one return without question. There was a restocking fee which I expected. A optional credit could be reapplied to new purchase. Satisfied local customer.
We had carpet for our main floor that we purchased from them and had them install. The installation was just okay. When we were ready to get the basement carpeted, we went in to the store. The quote process took forever and mostly took place on napkins which was not professional. We were promised a call back to come in and look at carpet and get a finished quote, neither of which were received.
