Alana and Brandon have been really helpful and organized, with a great system in place for communicating and organizing documents. They have helped me not only with personal returns, but with business returns and some assistance with my books as well. They have been crucial in helping me navigate transitioning to a new business entity this past year, with the inevitable flurry of IRS communication that comes along with that.
Doesn't seem to want my business. I had an initial call to set things up. I was told I'd receive a link to submit my documents, I never received that and the phone number is now going straight to voicemail, with no return call for my voicemails. I was really happy with that initial call and wanted to use their services but I am now moving on.
I’m a slave now after Alana did my taxes. Her retired cop father followed me around after she stole near 9000 from my taxes! I haven’t been able to file my taxes since! So it’s a huge problem getting your taxes done here! Alana Jain griffen refuses to fix her errors. I wouldn’t recommend anyone the hell that follows after using this tax service.
