My mum was looked after in Griffin House since April.The staff were outstanding.My mum was looked after with care and dignity.I cannot praise them enough.
In for 3 months very well looked after by all staff. Kept very clean. Great food and plenty of it.
My experience as a carer there was heartbreaking, management don't allow residents on time out anywhere, the bus is irrelevant, just for show I used to leave my phone out with music on and I had everyone singing along. Management didn't lke that either and wasn't allowed to play music for them. That's sad and I wouldn't have anyone I even know reside there
