Great experience working with Steve Pintar and Andromeda Moreno at Griffin Funding on my DSCR refinance for an investment property. As a real estate investor, it’s important to work with a lender who understands DSCR loans and investment property financing. My DSCR loan through Griffin Funding was by far the best loan experience I have had so far. I would like to thank Steve Pintar, Mallorie Faust, Kari Krasovic and Marian. My whole team was wonderful.
