Used Griffin several times before. The first time they messed up my order I should have went else where but because they decided to reprint for us, I chalked it up to human error and gave them another chance. I love to support small businesses. I should’ve just learned from that lesson and went else where but I didn’t and placed another order only to receive it messed up covered in bubbles on all the printed. I really hate to leave a review like this, but the service has gone down drastically since first trying them out. I have sent numerous friends and business owners whom will also hear about my experience. One order was placed and picked up for DTF Transfers. I had done these in the past with no issues. I press a couple to learn that there were bubbles. I message on IG and was directed to email. Once I email, I was first informed I had not ordered the print I sent a photo of. Amazing! I ordered and it was shipped out that next business day! They were amazing prints and have already been pressed and sold right away! Such a great print! Amazing quality! Thank you. I definitely recommend this company. They have the custom gang sheets and I was able to get so many logos printed. Thanks!
