I ordered over 40 images to be printed as gang sheets with Griffin Express, but unfortunately, I was told that the images would have a white background outlining them. When I asked to have the background removed so they would be clear, they wanted to charge me an unreasonable additional fee. It’s really disappointing, especially since I try to support small businesses. I won’t be returning. I read others reviews and seen other customers have similar issues.
We love dealing with Desiree and Lex! They are very professional creative and always get the job done in a timely manner even when we’re in a crunch. I have worked with them on a personal and commercial level and highly recommend them.
