2025-12-19 The owner and staff were super nice and efficient. I called yesterday for a quote on replacing a broken tire valve. His quote (parts and labour) was the best among a few auto shops in downtown Ottawa. I went this morning, it turned out the valve was lossened instead of broken. The owner was so nice that didn't charge me for the labour to tighten the valve and inflate the tire. I felt bad so he just asked me to give a tip to his guy. So nice!
