An employee by the name of Lance was exceptionally rude to me. He was condescending, demeaning and outright immature. The giant man-baby threatened to sue me in court for a simple misunderstanding. He was bragging about how good of a lawyer he is, in a threatening manner - meanwhile I have been nothing but respectful. This is an absolute abuse of power and I demand he be reprimanded so he can learn how to treat other humans with respect.
