As someone that suffers from TMJ, I had tried everything (botox, PT, nightguards) and typically found temporary relief. I recently started going to Griffin acupuncture motivated to ease some chronic neck and shoulder knots I had. Since then my knots have eased considerably and I've noticed acupuncture helps regulate and relieve my stress significantly. Dr. Lisa is so empathetic, comprehensive, and caring. Dr. Lisa has helped me SO much. The pain I had in my foot and shoulders has nearly disappeared over the past several weeks. Pain I’ve been dealing with for years. I have always been skeptical and scared of acupuncture, but now I’m a true believer. I am so glad I decided to try it out with Dr. Lisa!
Dr. Lisa is the absolute best! The 5 stars she has on Google are not to be doubted...she really is the real deal. Dr. Lisa took the time to verify that she was (luckily) in network with my health insurance provider and patiently confirmed all costs up front before our first appointment.
