If I could give no stars I would! Very very Rude staff and totally messed up my taxes! Instead of a refund I'm getting letters saying I owe?? And it's been pretty much the same info I gave them for the last 5 years?
A few years ago they were one of the best! If anyone knows where Jennifer went... Now… retirement is a good thought according to their consistent reviews these last few years and mine is no different since I have been passed around preparer to preparer like it is an H&R Block chain at accountant price. I receive nonstop notice from IRS stating I owe more money than what I paid and they never seem to solve it, Angela is just rude and should stick to taxes, not law. Although, she wasn’t very helpful in that department either.
