Michael Griese provided very poor service and this had a disastrous effect on my outcome at a mediation hearing because documents I had provided him with that proved that my wife's claims were false were not provided to the barrister he had instructed and not viewed by the mediator. He had become quite agitated and rude when I had initially presented the documents to him.
