My mom was there for rehab. She was left in her bed all day in a darkened room to wet on herself. She only did this because no one answered the call light to assist her to the restroom. She fell here, which happens, but I was not notified for 2.5 days even though I had been up there multiple times. The night shift is amazing, the day shift not so much.
I was a resident at Graystone Nursing and Rehab facility after breaking my leg and having surgery. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care that I was given. Stephanie was my primary CNA and I really grew to love her. She was always there for me to help me with anything that I needed even to the point that she came in 30 minutes early so I could get a shower before going to the doctor.
