Good folks, great work.
The price went up considerably between the time I dropped off and the time it was fixed.
Despite doing good work, they practice bait-and-switch pricing. Dropped off the piece and was told a price only to get a call seven days later telling me that the price would be three times more than what was quoted. After you drop off furniture expect a call with higher price after they "discover" problems they didn't see before. They are successful with the tactic because they know you don't want the inconvenience of having to take it somewhere else.
I emailed the company to see if they buy furniture. I was asked to send a picture, which I did. It has been over 2 weeks and no one ever responded, yes or no.
