    Management is a joke. I currently have a lease ending on July 8th at your South Willow complex in West Jordan, UT. Today I stopped by to do a walk through one last time & check my mail, when I arrive at my door there is a 3 day to vacate notice posted for not paying my rent?! I paid my prorated 8 days of rent a week before July even started. There is mold everywhere in the apartment & all management ever did to remedy the issue was "clean it". It just grew back several times & I have the work orders to prove it. I hoped that when you bought the property things would get better but it's just as bad as before! Good luck because now the health department will be made aware of the mold issue & the hot tub that is more often times green than not!

    I live in Stoneridge apartments in Ashburn, VA and my children & I have not had hot water in FIVE days. They do not seem to think this is an emergency or anything that needs to be fixed in a timely manner. If you want to pay over $2000/ mo. To slumlords, this is the place to go.
