I've never met a more rude medical professional. He rushed me through the eye exam, and basically forced me to get a prescription that made me see worse than the pair of glasses I already had. When I asked questions he was dismissive and rolled his eyes and spoke in a harsh tone of voice like I was an idiot. Dr. Ramos & the whole staff was “EXCELLENT!!! I would highly recommend them!!
Prime example of medical gaslighting, I returned after only a few months of having my glasses , I was having sudden onset of issues with my vision being blurry and unable to see at night making it unsafe to drive. I was told that my prescription was fine, I said something isn't right, this is affecting my entire life, he said he could adjust this prescription, but it would only give me a headache,but if that's what I wanted, I could have the headache.
