I've called 2 branches 3 different times during open business hours. Would be nice if you people actually answered your customers calls instead of sending them straight to voicemail... literally unacceptable
Fast easy prequal. for an autoloan. Nikki is great to work with.
System is down every other month so debit/credit cards don't work and they don't have the courtesy to notify anyone prior. If you use this bank have a backup. There's no reason why I shouldn't be able to get MY MONEY.
