Can't get in contact with them for my package. Have called maybe 100 times this week without a single answer. The Greyhound 1-800 number agents can't reach this location either. My guaranteed delivery date was a week ago but much like the other reviews, my package is most likely lost or sitting there without my knowledge collecting late pickup fees.

I am a commercial driver who has to stop at this Greyhound location. The bathrooms here are absolutely disgusting. There were feces in every toilet. One looked like it had cigarette tobacco in it. And the smell is absolutely horrible. The shipping part of this place I have heard great things however

I had a GREAT experience both dropping off my package (a car bumper) and picking it up! While dropping it off I was assisted through the whole process and the woman stayed late to make sure we could get it sent out. When picking it up although a few days after it arrived I was not charged a late fee and the gentleman brought it out to my car for me.! They do have weird hours but totally worth the money I saved. Way healer than fedex or ups. Thank you thank you thank you!
