Well I leave for Los Angeles next weekend but I live like 3 miles away from the station and it's just a hole in the wall next to a dumpster. I wanted to see it for myself. A fellow reviewer stated she and her daughter were approached by weird men asking for money and the bus was almost 2 hours late.

I took a passenger to the bus was there 10 minutes early and the bus was already gone on their ticket. It said that it would leave at 9:20 people were waiting in the back and the bus was already gone. That’s terrible to do that to your customers and then have to tell them they get no refund what kind of business is this, very disappointed very wonder if you can turn this into Better Business Bureau I don’t see how you can run a business like this

TERRIBLE! A V O I D A T A L L C O S T S ! ! ! My mother, a modestly dressed senior citizen, was scheduled to catch a bus here last night at 8:20 pm. To her dismay, she ended up MISSING the bus due to an apparent miscommunication involving a posted note on the closed building's door (see attachment). The building was closed and nobody was available to assist her in clarifying whether the information was accurate.
