I do not recommend this bus line the buses are always late and do to many stops. And you can’t get any refunds.
The lady at the desk was nice and helpful but the bus was two hours late arriving. Paid $40 for the ticket from Mesa, AZ to Tucson, AZ (to be two hours late) but then looked again at a later ticket where the same trip (Mesa to Tucson) was charging was $13.... why the difference?
Friendly and courteous . The lady at the desk was very nice and is bilingual.
