1. Be on time. 2. Give a proper orientation to your drivers, mentor them on the first couple of trips so they become familiar with the route. 3. No personal calls while driving. 4. NO texting while driving. You're gonna kill a lot of people, texting and driving. 5. You are a public service agency, send your drivers, staff to public relations in-services. They supposed to open doors at 4:30am....we got there at 4:45am and doors still locked.. bus got there at 5:00am. 2 minutes after.. the "guy".."man"..whatever.. got there..was very disappointed!!!
