Bus showed up super late. There was no way to track the bus and everyone was waiting out in the cold. Bus tracking needs to be possible, especially when the service is subject to unforeseen circumstances.
Only buses out of the Crows Nest pass leave in the middle of the night. There is no shelter from the weather. Luckily the night we left it was only -10 and no wind / rain / snow. According to the taxi drivers the buses are frequently 40+minutes late. For us the bus was nearly an hour late.
