had a really disappointing experience with Greyhound. I booked my ticket online the other night and boarded today, but there was no bus number provided which made it confusing. After one of the stops, the bus drivers changed over and the new staff were extremely rude. We were bombarded about our seats and aggressively demanded to see our tickets, even though we had already shown them earlier. On time, new bus, clean, nice driver, nothing bad to say here
I wouldn't even give them one star; actually, I'd give them zero. It all started with the storm on Tuesday night as we boarded the bus; most of the seats were wet and had been leaking. Boarded at 5:30, left and headed to the airport to pick up a few more passengers, and the wipers broke down. So we waited for five hours for a mechanic only to be told we weren't going anywhere. Never ever take a Greyhound. Go downstairs to Murrays instead. They have an office with seats, real humans and frequent services. Avoid Greyhound at all cost! It's 5:25 and the 5:30 bus isn't here, no staff, no one answering phones.
