Friendly professional service. Will definitely recommend and will use them again.
The worst service ever! The bus was 3 hours delayed. I lost my bus connection to my last destination which was with them as well and they didn’t want to do anything about it to help. They rescheduled me for the next day but didn’t pay for any accommodation or food at all. I lost an activity I have paid on my final destination due to the late arrival and they didn’t respond for any of that either. They just don’t care. Will never use this terrible services again.
