Not only was bus 2 hours late. The bus had no air conditioning wasn't allowed to open windows or exit bus when it broke down off the freeway in California.I had to wait at a transfer point in east LA til 4:30am to get tickets rerouted. Got to my destination 11 hours late. Called customer service and over the sea representative did not know how to answer any questions or concerns. Very rude and unprofessional.
