I sat at this station for 5 hours. Five. And I felt so unsafe and scared the whole time. It was disgusting. There was no wifi. The workers weren’t kind either. When I had a panic attack, I was told she could either call the cops or help me get my stuff up. I am a mentally ill person who is also physically disabled. This place technically has a ramp, sure, but it is NOT wheelchair friendly. It smelled like mildew and there were so many flies in there I genuinely thought something died. NEVER ever reserve a seat on greyhound!!! It's just another way for them to make money cause I never did get to sit in my seat I paid for. I. Disabled and like to sit I. The front 2 seats if possible. Can't complain too much about the comfort level cause that would be expected. Overall, I'm grateful to have made it to my destination.
