I have never taken a bus trip with greyhound. I am seriously disappointed. I was traveling from Doylestown pa to Scranton pa. Booking, purchasing, departure seamless. Arriving in Scranton 4:35 pm.The bus broke down in Easton Pa at 2:30 pm. It took greyhound 4 hours to get back to driver with a plan to send a bus from Philly 3 hours away?! I ended up needing to Uber from Easton Pa 2 more hours to my destination??!! It cost $65 for round trip bus ticket. THEN IT COST ME ANOTHER $200 FOR UBER TO DESTINATION???!!! The reason I am leaving this review is because every month when my good friend is on his way to Ohio there is always a delay with the bus either from ny port authority or from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania station. And it always makes him late for his very important appointment.
