There are 3 windows and each serves a different purpose. If they are marked I could not tell. This was my first time to be at this place so I think it is understandable that I did not know which window to go to. My wife was on a bus from New York to this station. They stopped in the middle of nowhere at a gas station for over 40 minutes because he couldn’t get here too early because the bus driver had to board people at the station number one that is not my issue number two. It’s a Sunday people have work in the morning on Monday and he decides to waste 40 minutes out of my time, one of my only days off of the week sitting here doing absolutely nothing but waiting and staring at my windshield. Station seemed okay. Took bus to NYC, it was cramped, very small seat (just like airplane seats) assigned seating is a joke and completely useless as no one pays attention to it. Way overpriced for the service you get!!! Will never do this again with Greyhound.
