Am in unit 87067 Greyhound with no air conditioning and outside is almost 100 F🥵 OMG really
I traveled by train. They didn't announce when my train was boarding and there was nobody I the amtrak station gor about 10 minutes. Finally some people showed up and he rudly told me my train was boarding right then.
It’s not greyhound anymore, it’s flix. The terminal in downtown Dallas is closed. They have several DFW drop offs. Main is on Harry Hinds. You have to wait in your car for pickups! Minimal customer service. Greyhound was far superior!
