The bus ride was good but some of the drivers were rude being my first time in a long time & hearing impaired asking a question was just not a option plus they over booked to crowded no breathing room
Been waiting here for hours!!! Initial bus never showed!!! once we got to Orlando terrible customer service seems as if all the workers felt entitled or had attitudes!!!! I've been riding Greyhound for years but this experience has me debating whether I will EVER ride again
Recommendedolder station but has cafe and restrooms. The homeless outside around the building and open drinking/drug use in the neighborhood leaves an impression.station was OK though

they need cleaning the bus 6 foot of distance they don't care I'm sharing my seat with the other person no only me everyone so wtf about Covid 19?
I don't the guy behind the counter at the little miniature restaurant they have there set overstocking cooler box when I stood there for 7 minutes exactly look back at me and then came back and told me no I'm not doing french fries very rudely.
it's good transportation
friendly organized on time and everything went good
They abide by their rules. They keep everyone on the bus safe. The buses were cleaned at every stop.
