ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I purchased a ticket on line today for a bus leaving Stockton at 12:05AM to Banning by 10:30AM.,... When I got to the station, it was closed, so I called the 1-800-231-2222 Greyhound Customer assistance, and the agent confirmed my ticket, and said all I had to do was give the driver my confirmation number.
