The two ladies in the Truckee Transportation Center were not helpful at all. They said they couldn’t help me get a bus/train ticket, they didn’t know why the bus was late and wouldn’t check, I had to find out from another waiting customer, and they asked me to wait outside because they were closing, even though it was still 10 minutes till 4:00. Very disappointed!
Bus driver forgot a passenger that had gotten off to grab a snack. Like 7 passengers asked him to stop so he did and then one of the passengers ran back to the depot to look for the missing passenger.
