Three hours late departing from Phoenix today, first because of a problem with the driver, then passengers had to get on a different bus due to a mechanical problem. This is unacceptable, but not so much as an 'I'm sorry' or offer of any type of compensation or even a free lunch. I guess Greyhound knows people who have to rely on their services-such as they are-can't afford other options. Very disappointing and annoying. I'd like to give MINUS stars �
