Too many unnecessary stops for no reason. Making people go to places far out of the way for their destination. For example, from Philadelphia, to New Jersey, to New York, THEN Kutztown, Pa( which was the destination). From Philadelphia?????? You kidding???????? Overbooking busses. Making people wait hours and hours for another bus. Treating people like children, when there is no information given in the first place. I thought the service was inferior, and appalling.
