Recommendedenjoying my trip smooth ride
most people that worked here were very nice and friendly. my legs and feet are in pain and the seats were broken on our first bus and the bus driver could not move the seat back so I wasn't uncomfortable is he moved me to the front. the 2nd bus was comfortable I was cramped up practically in a ball till we got to Durham. I feel like I could approach the other bus driver in the 2nd bus because she had a action like she was not nice or socially friendly to the bus riders at all. she did drive a little faster than the other bus... read more

$18 fee for paying for someone else's ticket??? Why?!? Taking advantage much??? What a rip off. Explain please.
For the first time since I have been riding with Greyhound Bus Line. I can actually say that I was gotten to each one of my stops on time and we left on time and for the very first time ever I actually arrived at my final stop exactly when I was supposed to arrive there. Could not believe it. I had stopped riding the bus and had no other choice this time, so I was really impressed with how it has changed about getting everyone to their stops on time.
