If I could rate them a zero I would. They cancelled my trip 2 days in a row and then tried to give me a voucher for future use instead of my money back. They don’t even give you the option to get your cash back even though they will tell you it does when you call them. Then they either want you to wait 48 hours to 5 days or 7-14 days to get my money back when it wasn’t even my fault worst company ever and I will never use them again. Not much to say about it . It’s inside a shell gas station . There’s a few tables and bud comes once a day each way Seattle to Pasco
Left my mom. She was just inside of where the bus dropped her off. Looking out the window waiting for her return bus. It was been high heat so she was trying to stay cool. The bus driver drove around the building and didn't stop at pick up spot and left. When I called to speak with him to ask him to wait for her he hung up in my face and left the other bus station I was en route to so she could get home.
