Helpful staff, free bus rides. Just don't mind the creepy ass people, that's why I'm rating a two.
I bought a ticket online through Flix and the bus stopped at this station. The Wenatchee city buses operate out of the upper portion of the station. There are bathrooms upstairs with stair and elevator access and a little cafe downstairs with some food options and coffee. Not a lot of indoor seating downstairs but there's some covered outside and more upstairs.

Booked a trip from Seattle to Leavenworth. Feb 17 2025. Driver didn't stopped at Leavenworth! When I asked the driver, he told me he was not aware there were passengers on his bus to Leavenworth? Before we ride the bus, driver checked for our names so he confirmed every passengers om board.
Very small and both times my friend rode the bust it was 20 mins late getting there and 1hour 15 mins late arriving
