I’m on Coach bus not greyhound because my flight cancelled and I did not know till the coach driver stopped and asked for my ticket I showed him my online receipt and he said this is not greyhound so I have to purchase another so now I’m out over 60 dollars and greyhound said I had a non refundable ticket and they can’t refund me and that bus was for 530 not a good company ya I’m mad
I really don't have anything to say bad about greyhound buses but the station in south bend Indiana suck big time they never answer the phone and no one is at the station to help people out it's sad they must do better😡
