It sucks they won't even answer the phone at the cab company to make sure that they are connected with the bus company so somebody needs to turn them in and lose her business to Greyhound because Greyhound pulls a lot of money off people in Morristown.!!!

To start with these people are loud and rude. One of the women who worked there had two kids there whom she was yelling at and slapping repeatedly. The place was filthy and reeked of urine. They should not be allowed to sell snacks there, it is unsanitary. Even the little dog was obviously not well and should have been taken to the vet. And no bathroom. No one should be subjected to this.

Do NOT go an hour early, does not open until 7am on the dot. No restrooms, and they are only there 30 minutes for bus arrival, then Gone until next Bus. Calling is a joke, don't wast your time. Go to Gray hound on-line for info. Do not have a pocket knife visible, put in your bag. Say good bye before bus comes; because they get your bags, you're in the bus, and you're off ASAP. T.W.
