Terrible customer service! Pam is a nightmare to deal with. I would recommend driving to Rolla if you have to ride Greyhound
Absolutely do not recommend to anyone. The busses were cramped, and the seats were beyond uncomfortable. On the way down to our destination, our bus was an hour late, then we had to switch busses twice in a row when we were only supposed to switch twice for the whole trip, not four times. Families hardly had a chance to sit together because people would sit a single person to a seat and then throw their bags up and pretend they can’t hear others asking to sit there.
