I had a trip from New London CT to New York NY. I went to the place of departure by uber and it was 30min far from my home. I went there my bus time was 7:35 pm and I waited till 8:00 pm but there was no bus when I called them they told me that it was canceled and I never got any notification about the cancellation. I never got refund and when I call them to reschedule, customer service is not giving me any response. I would like to get a refund and this was the second time that happened to me.
Worst experience i ever had , i had a reservation but they cancelled my bus before 3 hours of departure ,some one named Jose called me from greyhound and said that my trip was cancelled and they rescheduled me from a different location with was 45miles away ...i had to take uber with cost me more then my tickets of bus ,so they told they will give me a voucher for 65$ with they never gave me ... They are just making fool of people....dont ever go in this bus cz you never know when the will cancel your tickets. very disappoin... read more
