Absolutely horrible experience. Turns out Greyhound sells tickets without knowing if they will even have a driver for the route. I arrived in Chicago from NYC on my way to California. 10 min before the bus should have left they tell me that that bus is not going to be taking me. I was told I had to wait another hour and the bus I would be getting on would get me to California 8 hours after the time on my ticket. I paid for express buses that don't make a lot of stops.
