I would have to say that the guy that loads the luggage is not very friendly. In the park and ride Bangor station. When I used to take the bus on a weekly basis the guy accused me of panhandling and asking passengers for money. Which I think is appalling to even assume or even confront me about something like that. So I switched bus carriers because the driver was just as mean and I have a bike at the time and they gave me a lot of help for my bike and want me to take it apart and put it in a bag and when I did that it messe... read more
Was less then thrilled with my first experience with them. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the temperature of the bus was wayyy to hot!! Worst experience making the trip from Boston to Maine ( I do it multiple times a year)
Don't listen to the other reviewers. There is nothing here except a parking lot. No ANYTHING else. This is a bus stop for long distance travel, not in-town travel so why is there nothing here except a park and ride parking lot? If I had a car I'd just take my car on the trip not park it and take a bus. Why is there no rest area or waiting room? This place needs a heated waiting room.
